How much will it cost you? About $600 to $1,500 for the average mid-block property owner, “significantly below” what a private contractor charges, according to the city.



How do you apply? Through 311 — call, visit the website, or download the app. But you should apply ASAP: The program is uber popular and applications have even closed within 10 hours of opening in the past, according to Patch.
